• Contact a SOLICITOR and obtain a quote for the conveyance of sale and purchase.
• Find out how much a SURVEY will cost on any purchase you make.
• Contact a REMOVAL COMPANY and obtain a quote for the move.
• Calculate your budget and register to receive property details from KEYS & LEE.
• Instruct an ESTATE AGENT to handle the marketing and sale of your property.
• Apply for a ?Mortgage in Principal? through our MORTGAGE ADVISER.
• Liaise with your ESTATE AGENT over offer negotiations on the sale of your home.
• ACCEPT AN OFFER on your home (subject to contract).
• Find a suitable home and make an offer through the ESTATE AGENT.
• Inform your MORTGAGE ADVISER that you have found a property.
• Instruct a SOLICITOR to act on your behalf.
• Arrange for a survey on your purchase.  Your MORTGAGE ADVISER can help.
• Liaise with your SOLICITOR over the transaction and contract details.
• A MORTGAGE OFFER is released and sent to your SOLICITOR.
• Meet with your SOLICITOR to discuss transaction details, pay deposit, sign contract and agree a proposed move date.
• EXCHANGE OF CONTRACTS and payment of DEPOSIT takes place.
• COMPLETION.  Collect your keys and move into your new home!!
